THIS WEEKS PRODUCE

We’re seeing the return of FENNEL from Gippsland now they’re at a better size. And other than RADISH, there isn’t a lot of Vic new season produce at this time of year.

That said, we have excellent value for Bairnsdale BROCCOLINI and new pick of fresh bunches of SPINACH from Pearcedale and BOK CHOY from Colac - you'll see plenty of all of them in the boxes this week.

KOHLRABI should be back for a short while, starting to slow down from the one grower in Swan Hill. Plenty of PARSNIP from the Pakenham area, and SWEDE from Tassie.

Great value for ONIONS now (about 30% less than last week). So too for coloured CAULIFLOWER (purple or green).

SNOW PEAS from up north are having a bumper pick and now just $3.30 for 100g.

RED SWEET POTATO is back this week, and EGGPLANT continues an abundant season up north.

CARROTS are now also from up north, the Vic boxes have some small sized carrots from Mildura.

For fruit, CARA CARA oranges are still our pick for the citrus - expect plenty in the boxes. MANDARINS from Swan Hill are super sweet.

And from Red Hill for this week's boxes we have JAZZ APPLES, exclusively grown by the Edwards family down the coast.
